The staff is so friendly and approachable! It feels like they really care that I feel like Gateway is my home. Also the relaxed unsupervised nature is very appealing.

The location to campus. I was disappointed in the room at first. Much better now that it is decorated but the ceilings look unfinished, the apartments smells stale, there is a stain on the carpet, screws are missing out of a kitchen chair and my shower doesn't work well. I had heard the wifi wasn't very good and it's true. I would be more willing to put up with these things if the rent was $100-$200 less a month.
