I asked for window not to be used because it's broken..however it seems the window was used and when the car was returned to me I saw that the window was crooked and in the wrong place because it was lowered and put back incorrectly..I brought this up to the staff and they quickly helped me to get the window back in order.. however if I didn't see the issue I would've drove home with the window incorrectly placed..Great service..please keep it up and I will continue to do my regular maintenance at University!Great service..sometimes takes longer to do regular maintenance compared to other places.

Can si have a prorated price on my tires based on usage? Thank youThe oil change service was performed. However they told me that I need new tires.. My car is only 22K miles driven. The tires warranty is 70K miles. How come I do not receive a prorated price based on usage? I do not understand.
