University Mitsubishi did a great job—friendly service, clear communication, and smooth process. One area for improvement could be faster turnaround on paperwork.

The facility is clean and neat. You enjoy coffee, water and WiFi for free, very convenient to make some pleasant remote work as you wait. Both manager and mechanics are professional and polite. They are approachable willing to answer any questions and doubts you may have.

Overall Great experience, would love to see more history about the brand inside the dealership to educate people about the brand and show it’s rich motorsport history etc, other than that it was all great. :)Great environment with no pressure and nice people.
