Even though I have no complaints there are always ways to improve.I was greeted when I pulled up but was not told where to go. Once I entered there was no sign to direct me to the young lady at the table. I thought I had to wait for the person at the counter. Once they were free and I said why I was there, then I was directed to where I needed to go.The staff was friendly and informative.

The problem is it took forever to get my car and it seems like it’s still not fixedWhich is very unorganizedThis was a recall problem I guess on the software where the CarPlay does not kick over and the radio just goes off when driving and it happened about three days after, but I don’t not have time to bring it backWasn’t horrible just I guess it was late in the day soThis is where the entire process went downhill. I got there and waited about 15 minutes before I started looking through the service building. There was a mechanic that came in and said that he did not know where the desk person was. There was no cashier so I started to walk around outside and after about 30 minutes, a gentleman that was helping somebody else in the driveway, saw me and walked in with me to give me my keys he said he could not give me any paperwork because he did not know where it was and the lady was on lunch for about another 30 minutes if I wanted to wait it wasI felt bad because the one lady was all alone, but none of that happened

Everybody was great salesman and managers. The only reason I have is when you call people that answer the phone need to be more customer service friendly two people are very nasty with me and I didn’t appreciate it.My salesman was great. The managers were great. The only problem I had was two people that I had spoke to two different times were very rude to me and nasty.
