They are a great team. Laura, the supervisor, is very kind and answers any questions you can have. The technician is a trusted person, that look at your eyes letting you know that everything was correctly done.I'm pleased for the work of the maintenance team.

I will recommend other Mitsubishi clients to use University Mitsubishi service departmentFor the service my vehicle had to be done didn’t take long for it to be inside the shop with the service technician, the advisor was courteous

While I don't mind the messages after 7pm, I can't say the same for other customers. Just a thought.There were times where I needed to get information from the advisor and it may have taken a couple of days to hear back. Even a simple response to keep the customer comfortable knowing that the vehicle is being attended helps.There are bit of scuffs and scratches on the interior of the vehicle and broken plastic parts that cover bolts on the floor of the passenger side.Better communication!There was no one in the service department when I arrived.

Transmission oil should have not been changed.The people were nice but they should of informed me to not changed the transmission oil.Instead they did it any way.Richard3053977292

Again told me to come at 7:30 am without any mechanics availableThe popcorn machine was emptyMy previous complaint was in fact the vehicle was not detailed when returned to me. Also it took so long to service the vehicle it would have taken all day if they cleaned it.My biggest complaint is how long it took to service and they always give you back your vehicle dirtyThey mismanaged the service schedule had me there at 7:30 and no one available to service my vehicleHaving to reschedule my morning appointment to afternoon
