I did have to come a few days later to have the car looked at because the door lock was making noise and the car wasn’t driving right. The door lock was fixed and the tires were over inflated causing it to feel off when I was driving. The car is better now. I’m just not satisfied that I had to come back with a brand new car and wait another two hours for it to be looked at. Other than that everything was great and I want to say thank you to Danielle Lopez in the sales department and Joe the finance manager with everything that they helped me with.This is my 5th Mitsubishi and I know for a fact that they are a reliable vehicle.

Mitsubishi service always does a good job. Never have to go back to have something redone and service coordinator Laura Rodriguez is wonderful. She helps with any questions or problems I have.

They had some backed up work with other customers when I arrived to my appointment.Haven't had a negative experience with service, representatives are very helper and friendly, good attitude, service is fast and efficient.
