It’s a lot of repairs that need to be done on these apartments and management doesn’t want to replace items such as new windows need to be replaced screens need to be replaced lighting by the trashcan area needs to be lights up. And a lot of wiring need to be re done on these apartments that are out dated to get people that are qualified to do the work and not half do the work on the property. And then it would be no problem telling people about the property. Some area needs to be painted. I see window screens on apartments that need to be replaced by walking around the property but other than that it’s a nice place to live at just a few upgrades that need to be done on the property.

Nice community, reasonable rent price. Very good customer service in leasing office. Maintenance is great. Always respond to work orders fast.

The leasing office staff as well as Juan and Gus the maintenance crew are all so friendly and helpful. The apartment community sidewalks abd outdoor area are very clean and manicured. Security gates have all been working perfect.
