Elevator always souds very terrible as if it wants to fall.It happens every two months for couple of days and it's scary.

Over the last several years, the tenants have seem to not care or have as much pride for the property. The upkeep is at a minimum, wallpaper peeling is just glued back on, instead of being replaced or looked at in a better fashion.
