Checkin was quick and smooth with some surprise insurance charges per month was not expecting. Also the women's bathroom had no toilet paper and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time.

I rented the storage from Europe. When I was there 2 months ago to empty the storage there was no one in the office. Therefore, I left the storage space empty, and then indicated by e-mail that I no longer wish to rent it.I have sent this email several times to several email addresses, but to this day they are harassing me to pay because they are emptying the storage.If someone were to walk up to the storage facility, they would see that it has been empty for a long time."Dear CubeSmart,We rented a storage in 3050 NW 84th Ave, Miami.Storage number is 1120.We would like to cancel the contract.We are from Europe and the office was closed when we were there.We emptied the storage and took the padlock off the door.Thank you for everything so far!"
