They are the nice staff

There is ahuge sign that says no food in waiting room. Yet, the front desk person had a huge bag of chips, eating. Also, the filing took 5 minutes or less. The numbing agent didn't have time to work and when I brought up a concern, was ignored and dismissed. I felt the whole process. The dentist had no concern for my comfort and when I told him to stop, he said it would "kick in soon". Still having pain and discomfort.The dentist rushed and now I can't chew food.

Staff are great

I must say, the staff were pleasant, as always and made the anxiety of my surgery much easier. This dental office has great doctors and staff. I arrived early and things moved quickly to accommodate my early arrival. Great office atmosphere and team. Thanks VA Smiles.

Dental technician answered her phone and did not change her gloves before proceeding. Otherwise, she was very professional, attention to detail and explained the procedure. Very minimal discomfort. Dentist was great but I don't think I have ever seen him without his mask.
