Everyone made me feel at ease , I have high anxiety and fear of anything dental related. From the time I walked in to the appointment itself Everyone was so kind and patient.

Friendly and helpful personnel. Dental surgeon knowledgeable and took time to show photos and explain upcoming procedure. Dr. Will also confer with my primary dentist.

My first visit to Virginia Smiles was excellent! Rosa was warm, caring and very personable throughout the time she worked with me. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. I highly recommend this facility.

Reception got off to a rocky start. I arrived at my appointment 15 minutes early to complete registration paperwork, but must have been a disconnect. I waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment time to be acknowledged and asked to complete paperwork. I was seen just about an hour beyond my scheduled appointment time.
