I’ve had local anesthesia many times before for fillings or other things, but this time she squeezed my face quite hard & the injection felt deeper than usual - this left me with visible bruises, swelling, & intense pain in my cheek & jaw for over a week. Also was told to come in for both pocket cleaning & regular cleaning at once, but that’s not allowed by insurance & they also count it as one of my regularly scheduled cleanings, so just some misinformation there that was a little frustrating.

This office is always prompt and responsive and tge facility is clean and well kept.

I have never had such bleeding and swelling from teeth cleaning. My gums were red and swollen & tender for days with a large lump under my tongue the first 24 hours after. I do t know if it is the machine or the technician but I question whether I can come back.

The Hygienist was absolutely lovely, but the dentist was a little bit too rough for my taste, and not very friendly😞

I left my last dentist because of difficult scheduling. Everytime I need to schedule or reschedule, it would be months out which made it so that I havent been seen in over a year. And here, I did my comprehensive exam and cant get my cleaning for over a month. Its ridiculous.

Unpleasant and very rude dentist assistantSeemed annoyed and stuck up she gave me attitude and barely talked even when I said hello when I was called back she just looked at me and ignored me and spoke when she felt like it she rolled her eyes when I was trying to explain my pain. The dentist that I saw purposely tried to cause me more pain in the tooth I was hurting in she asked me which tooth it was and I told her twice already yet she ignored me and kept tapping and scratching at my tooth.

The equipment was broken. The cold water made my teeth hurt.
