Well the lady that cleaned my teeth didn’t talk to me. She was to busy talking to the people she works with. All she cared about was cleaning my teeth. Then going to lunch.

I was not happy the dentist I saw was very quick to say you have gum disease we need to pull all your teeth and get a full set of dentures . I have no swollen gums no bleeding . The only time my gums have bled is when the dentist was poking around at them with the sharp thing he had I have NO bleeding ever when I brush no pain in my teeth and no swollen gums . I have lost a coupleMack teeth that had fillings and I have a bad tooth at the bottom that shows signs of black around the tooth but he talked to me about no options and when I got home o called other dental offices and was told there are other options that can be done for gum disease so I’m gonna see another dentist who is sure something can be done without pulling out all my teeth I’m sorry I’m very disappointed in the dentist I saw and will never come back there again . Maybe he thought becuase my insurance is Medicaid that I could pay out of pocket for any treatment but he is entirely wrong

Everyone was professional. The appointment took much longer than it should have, over an hour just for a check up, nothing else. The nicest people were the woman who checked me out and the woman who did the whole mouth xray.

It was pretty good I wish they were more outspoken and spoke a little more clearly because I didn’t know that I had 4 wisdom teeth that needed to be removed but I guess the other doctor did know so I don’t like how I was left a little out of the loop

Far too slow - arrived early, still did not get seated for ten minutes after appointment. Once seated, took x-rays, but then waited in the seat for THIRTY MINUTES for more xrays. Tech never came to explain why, just that "oh sorry it was broken you can come back now." After waiting that long, it was ANOTHER 20 minutes waiting for the hygienist and then again for the dentist. The entire appointment took over an hour, and I didn't even get a cleaning!

Staff was friendly and hygienist was super great!
