Some confusion on transfer of records and verification of insurance. Otherwise a great experience.

My 10:30 a.m. cleaning was moved to 11 the day before, despite my explaining that I had to pick up my son at noon. I arrived at 10:50 and waited 40 minutes. When I asked, I was told a cleaning takes 45–60 minutes, so I had to leave without a cleaning. The woman at the front desk was dismissive and did not seem to care that I was inconvenienced and had wasted my morning. My free time is limited and precious. I expected better communication and basic respect for my time.

I am reluctant to give anything more than a cursory review of your establishment due to my own unique requirements. I was unaware there might be a need to have my oncologist. Involved in my dental needs. I do understand this now and would say you did an excellent job of helping me prepare for my first real visit. I look forward to providing you better input soon.

I had approximately a 45 minute wait for my appointment time and then when my appointment was concluded there was no one available to check me out for almost 15 minutes.The lady left alone at the front desk was trying very hard to accommodate a client on the phone and I completely understood her need to conclude with that client. She helped me as soon as she could.I was not aware I was not going to be able to have a cleaning done the same time as my new patient x-rays.

Front office staff friendly and professional. The person that escorted me to the station was polite and professional. The specialist was polite, professional, and knowledgeable he explained everything in detail and in laymen terms.

The staff was very polite and informative.
