My 92 yo mom likes you which says it all

It was pretty good I wish they were more outspoken and spoke a little more clearly because I didn’t know that I had 4 wisdom teeth that needed to be removed but I guess the other doctor did know so I don’t like how I was left a little out of the loop

Far too slow - arrived early, still did not get seated for ten minutes after appointment. Once seated, took x-rays, but then waited in the seat for THIRTY MINUTES for more xrays. Tech never came to explain why, just that "oh sorry it was broken you can come back now." After waiting that long, it was ANOTHER 20 minutes waiting for the hygienist and then again for the dentist. The entire appointment took over an hour, and I didn't even get a cleaning!

Staff was friendly and hygienist was super great!

The building felt very busy and uncomfortable. The reception was polite and helpful. I came for a cleaning and all I got was a couple X-rays and pokes at my gums. I had to make another appointment for a cleaning. I was there for an hour just to have to come back for a cleaning. Very frustrating

The young woman who took my X-rays was rough putting the equipment in and out of my mouth when I told her my mouth/tooth was painful. The doctor said to let her know if I had any questions. I told the girl I needed to know about taking the antibiotics, she never ask the doctor and repeatedly gave me the most ridiculous responses until I just walked away. This was my 1st visit here there's not enough space to add everything. I do know if you are looking for a place that shows care and concern this place isn't it.

Clean office, friendly staff, & fast from front desk, to waiting area, to patient chair and back out the front door, that's just so terrific!The Dentist and Examiner obviously have experience and were very good at what they do, leaving me with a feeling of confidence that I was getting good care! All in all I would absolutely say it was a completely positive experience, and I have terrible anxiety and fight with depression constantly so for me its hard to ever have a completely positive experience! `\(^_^)/`

Very straightforward, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable.

I chose them because their website states that they offer services in Spanish. However, when I went in for my appointment, I faced discrimination; they told me that for any future appointments, I would not receive care unless I brought a translator. Furthermore, the doctor suggested that I schedule another appointment with a different dentist who had more experience with cases like mine. What a complete lack of professionalism and customer service!
