Back windshield overlooked, brought to the guy’s attention it didn’t work(although he marked it on the paperwork as working) still didn’t fix itN/AN/AWas not asked about scheduling next appointmentsFirst appointment was scheduled at purchase of vehicle. Got to appointment and the guy said I wasn’t in the system but he did still get me in.How long it takes, and I’m still waiting for a call to bring my truck back in to have the back windshield wiper fixed(stopped working after having Mitsubishi decal placed on it)

The professional manner that I was greeted with was excellent. I was treated so well that it was a pleasure to bring my car in for service. I was kept inform of the process and everything was explain to me.
