The professionalism that is shown by Marci, BJ, and the service staff is always above and beyond. From the time we stepped on the lot to but a car all the way until now. They are amazing!Marci, BJ, and the service department always goes above and beyond for their clients

Seat was pulled to far. Which was okay. Wasn't vacuumed which is okay I can do that myself. Missing my red and silver tire vale cap.When I purchased my car in 2023. My cousin purchased her vehicle too from Nissan maybe a few weeks before I did. She told me about her bad experiences with Nissan that happened twice. Which made not want do business with the service. So I went to Walmart for my services. But im like let me just find out myself. Spoke to Mr. Geoffrey who reassured me that everything would.be fine after I explained why I never came for service. Im glad I experienced it for myself instead of listening to other people.The best way to know a person or a business is to experience them yourself. Instead of listening to rumors of negativity

The service department needs to be fully open and working 6 days a week (Monday through Saturday). Not Monday through Friday and oil changes only on Saturday.I work 10-13 hours 6 days a week; Saturday's are the best day for me to make any appointments. However Valdosta Mitsubishi can't do anything work on our vehicle other than oil changes on Saturday. Because of this I have to prolong appointments for our SUV until I have a slow day at work or I have to take off from work to have the job done. Being from New Jersey I could always seen a doctor and or have any work done on our vehicles on any Saturday other than a holiday that fell on a Saturday.

Jeff was the best customer service rep ever, he should be over all of the Mitsubishi throughout South and North America. He deserves the biggest raise ever
