It was a horrible first experience. The initial appointment was scheduled , and the time was moved without, letting me know. Which the office manager did apologize for. I tried to move on , however the day of my appointment was very disheartening. When I made the appointment, I made it known that I wanted a cleaning, it was no disclosure that I would need to make a separate appointment. It took sometime for the dentist to see me all of maybe 5 minutes, then to say I needed a separate appointment was infuriating. It was offered then for me to wait another hour for a cleaning. Which , I have a very robust work schedule. I had already had to rearrange my schedule due to the first mishap. Then , when I went to the reception area, which the young lady was very pleasant, asked me to have a seat, while she waited on someone , that came in after I had approached the desk. Which I did for approximately 10 minutes, and walked out. If it was a very quick transaction I would’ve totally understood however, it was not. Additionally I was in room 12, there are stains on the wall.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are also task—oriented so they achieve a high degree of efficiency. Dr. Zach and Yasmine (sp?) have impeccable bedside manner.

My hygienist spent 10 minutes talking to.other patients in the waiting room, making my appointment start 10 minutes late. She asks questions while she has tools in my mouth and is constantly looking at the door, the clock and everywhere but in my mouth when she is cleaning my teeth. I have asked to NOT be scheduled with her several times and they keep scheduling me with Pegah. I am considering leaving this practice

Six months ago and for this visit, I often have to wait for the doctor. Last time it was over 45 min and this time close to 30. No one communicated that there would be delays. If the doctor is not available, don't schedule appts. I understand things come up, but communicate with patients rather than just having them sit there.

Hello,I've recently gone through the process of extraction and implant, the whole process is not yet complete. I thought I would share some feedback. For both of the procedures, I certainly would have appreciated an opportunity to have some sort of agent to help me relax such as nitrous. Those are not ideal experiences to go through completely aware. In particular, the extraction. Also, people should be prepped about need for soft food x 2 weeks so they can prepare.

I waited for around a half hour after my cleaning to meet with the dentist but had to leave before I saw them because I had to return to work and couldn't wait that long. They scheduled me for a followup appointment just to come in for what I'm sure will be a five minute appointment, taking another day out of work.

4PM appt; brief wait (10 mins), untilI was escorted to an exam room. Exam room was dated, paint chips coming off wall onto carpet. One x-ray before seeing doctor (Salhan). Doctor’s behavior seemed rushed and impatient; assumed treatment before consultation. Made irrelevant treatment recommendations. I left office without being treated. I did not believe the doctor was able to complete any treatment with care.
