4PM appt; brief wait (10 mins), untilI was escorted to an exam room. Exam room was dated, paint chips coming off wall onto carpet. One x-ray before seeing doctor (Salhan). Doctor’s behavior seemed rushed and impatient; assumed treatment before consultation. Made irrelevant treatment recommendations. I left office without being treated. I did not believe the doctor was able to complete any treatment with care.

I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences with the hygienist, Pega, who repeatedly pressured me into optional treatments costing over $100 despite my clear refusal. Although the front office confirmed these services were optional and removed them from my plan, she continued to insist on them during my appointment. I felt disrespected and pressured, ultimately leaving the visit and requesting not to see her again.

Appointment on time no wait

Staff interaction was great!

I waited over 20 minutes for a dentist to check my teeth after my cleaning was done. This isn’t the first time that this has happened if you look at my previous visits over the years, I usually don’t see a dentist because it takes too long for them to come and check my teeth. I think the dentist should be more considerate of the patient’s time.

Staff was nice but everyone was rushing and appeared impatient. In the moment of meeting my NEW doctor he was in such a rush I’m not even sure if my gums and teeth are as healthy as they say he barely took the time to look at my x-Rays or me as an individual. The office spaces in the back where cleaning takes place was the most disgusting and unclean area I have every seen from a dentist office in my entire life.

Respectfully, this office does not provide the quality of care I was used to receiving there for many years. I started to write in this box and ran out of space. My teeth felt unclean and still had stains that were missed next to the cleaner areas. The cleaning took 10 minutes. The dentist glanced at my teeth for exactly 3 seconds. He did not put any instrument in my mouth.

I feel like the room where I had my cleaning was really dirty and disorganized. It seems like everything is old and the whole space is in need of a good cleaning and facelift. I don’t want to leave my dentists office feeling grossed out and that’s what happened to me.

This was my first routine cleaning. My appointment was scheduled for 150. At checkin, I was told I have 3 appointments for the year and the first 2 have about a $76 out of pocket cost and the 3rd visit is approx $330. My previous dental office, my cleanings were 0 out of pocket. I was told I have 3 appointment because im listed as Peridontal. Never had this explained. But would have liked to know this prior to arriving to get a bill and extra out of pocket costs upon arrival

My experience for the first time was great, everyone was kind and attentive. I appreciated that.
