My first experience was a great one. The front desk employees were friendly, inviting and helpful. The hygienist that I had was friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. She provided information on what the process I will be going through would look like and what that all entails. She asked how I was doing while the cleaning was started and kept providing information on what does what.Overall I am very happy with the service and would recommend anyone who is looking for a dentist practice to look no further.

I’ve never had such a bad experience in all my years at the dentist&I’ve been coming to Valley Dental since I was a kid. I take good care of my teeth&I left with multiple bleeding gums that continued to bleed all day. I had dried blood on some gums as well when I left which has never happened. I almost had to tell the hygienist to stop because it hurt so bad when she was cleaning my teeth. I brush twice a day, floss once a day, so I’m only assuming the hygienist was way too aggressive.

I felt like my hygienist is always very rushed when cleaning my teeth. She poked me in the gums several times and I was bleeding. My gums are in very good shape and they never bleed. I could see one of the puncture holes in my gums above my front teeth after leaving. This has only happened a handful of times in my life, but much several have been with this hygienist. I was really upset yesterday and was even thinking of switching dental offices because of it.

Gina (I hope I have the correct name of my dental hygienist) does a EXCEPTIONAL job! Not only does she do great cleanings, but provides me with additional tips and tools to support my specific needs and ongoing dental health!!

I had a 9:40 appointment and I wasn’t seen until 9:55. I’m assuming that if I was 15 minutes late without a phone call I would have been cancelled or charged without being seen so your daily schedule could continue on time. If the delay was unavoidable, then I should have been notified and we could have rescheduled. If the “actual” appointment isn’t until 9:55 and you want the average patient to arrive 15 early, then say so.
