First and foremost, I am very upset and disappointed with the charges that have been placed on my account. When I first moved into the apartment, I was never provided with a mailbox key. I also made sure to mention this when I turned in my apartment keys at move-out. Therefore, I do not understand why I would be responsible for any charge related to a mailbox key when one was never provided to me in the first place.I also want to address the parking decal. I specifically informed the gentleman in the office that my first vehicle, which had my parking decal, had been totaled. Because that vehicle was no longer in my possession, I no longer had the decal to turn in. I communicated this to the office, so I do not believe I should be charged for something that I physically could not return.Lastly, I strongly disagree with the charge for the bathroom. I actually have a video showing that the bathroom was left spotless and clean when I moved out. I am more than willing to provide that video as documentation of the condition in which I left the apartment. At this time, the only charge I am willing to accept is the charge for the paint. I am disputing the other charges because I do not believe they are justified based on the circumstances I have explained above. Please review these charges and my move-out documentation again. I would also appreciate an itemized explanation of each charge and the reason it was assessed. I have documentation to support my concerns and am prepared to provide the video regarding the condition of the bathroom.I hope this can be resolved fairly and that the incorrect charges will be removed from my account.

i was charged $150 for a full cleaning of my bedroom but that definitely was not the case in my opinion. I cleaned my room and nothing was left. Some oil stains were left on walls and some stains on doors. I don’t believe that was cleaned but instead painted over. I think this should be covered if I am paying for a full painting of my room. Floors, counters, desk, dressers, and bathroom were all cleaned, swept, and mopped

Light paint should not be charged. The expectation should be that each room is painted after a year on someone being there.

My move-out charges included fees for replacing a couch and a chair. The damage done to both the couch and to the chair were by my roommate’s cat. I do not have a pet and never did during my time at Valley Falls. Both items have very distinct teeth and claw marks. I understand that common area charges are split amongst roommates. I’d like to dispute the costs seeing as the damage was not caused by myself or an animal I’m responsible for.

I am requesting an itemized bill or receipt for the $50 charge to replace the damaged blinds. I understand that there was a crack in one of the blinds and that I may be responsible for the damage; however, I would like documentation showing the actual cost of the replacement.Since the charge is specifically listed as $50 for the blinds, I would appreciate a copy of the receipt, invoice, or other documentation showing the cost of the replacement blinds and, if applicable, any labor included in that amount. Based on the prices I have seen for similar blinds, $50 seems high, so I would like to verify that the amount I am being charged accurately reflects the actual cost of replacing the damaged item rather than an estimated or standard fee. Please provide an itemized breakdown and supporting documentation for this $50 charge. Thank you.

I turned in my keys in the beginning of July. My room was completely empty and my roommates were still living in the apartment. If that is a rug that I see in the picture- unit #1130b stated she wanted the rug. I do not feel I should be responsible for this charge since I did not have access to return and make sure the other room mates removed everything when they vacated.

I shouldn’t have any reasons to be charged.

Hey the paint marks and bathtub were already in that condition when I originally moved in I even said something about it but said it wasn’t a big deal not to worry about fixing it

This is an additional comment about my previous concern. I failed to mention that the roommate responsible for the damage to the common area’s walls was Kylie Hoppe and it was done prior to me moving in. Thank you

Hey, I'm not sure why I got the cleaning charge fee. I made sure to clean my apartment before I left. The picture of the bathroom is not even available for me to view what was needing to be cleaned. Thank you
