Booking on line was easy, but I was booked under the wrong department so I had to be worked in. I was there for 4.5 hours for an oil change and new tires.Everything was good. You have a great waiting area. The incident with the scheduling was unfortunate, but has never happened before. I think if i would have called in for the appointment instead using the online site, there wouldn’t have been a problem.Great customer service

For two diagnostics we were charged $ 228.15 because they found nothing wrong. We had no idea we would be charged; no one told us we would be charged and there was no sign up stating we would be charged. We have less than 8000 miles on our car, so expectected that the 30,000 mile warrenty would cover things like diagnostics.I have been doing business their for 45 years. I have been driving Mitsubishi for 35 years. my brother sold cars their for 40 plus yearsI was not informed what was covered under warranty

See prior commentsThis is my 5th new mitsubishi in a row and I love the cars but due to the expense i incurred traveling back and forth and the fact mitsubishi wouldnt take it to the dealer i wanted to have it repaired at, I will probably have to change to another brand of vehicle. It's a shame. Now we have to drive this car for the remainder of our lease with this loud noise and vibration in the car for 15 months. Going to evaluate but probably not worth the hassle to buy another mitsubishi. It's a shame because I really like their vehicles. I just wish someone would listen to me.I tried to explain what the issue is but they either didnt want to hear it or whatever

Only issue would be that I called earlier to verify my original appointment to add a service only to find out the mechanic was not available during that week but no one had called me so if I had not called I would have shown up for an appointment that service could not have handled since the only Mitsubishi mechanic was going to be gone. I schedule the appointment in advance by about 2 months because of being a travel nurse and only being in town for 5 days. It is important to me that service communicates early with me when they have no one available rather than me calling or showing up and being surprised to not have someone able to service my vehicle especially when I make an appointment for it. Thank you
