I had a great experience buying my car. Tana rocked as a Saleswoman. She answered all questions I had, explained the car very well, and made the test drive fun and informative. Marshal was quick and efficient with the financial aspect and very friendly. I had a few questions for Todd and he was very knowledgeable when he answered them. My vehicle was spotless, fresh out of the wash, when Tana went through all the set up with me. So far, I have had zero issues and love how the Outlander PHEV operates!

This was my first visit trying to find a Mitsubishi dealership for recall services and my experience was very pleasant and satisfying. I do not have a long history as yet to fairly give additional feedback, but in my future need for transmission fluid changes and engine services, I have no hesitation in choosing Valley Import.I was greeted by a friendly Jacob who quickly looked into my issue, told me what my options for solutions were, and explained what to expect and the time line. my only issue was the length of the time-line which was too long because of Mitsubishi's delay in shipping parts.

For future operations, it would be better to prioritize vehicles coming from out of town, especially if they are waiting rather than dropping off, since they will be driving back immediately.
