Came in time for appointment for a 15-20 minute service and was told it would be a 1-1/2 to 2 hour wait until car was ready. shouldn't set up an appointment time and then take that long. However, to their credit, it only took an hour!Good service, friendly people, comfortable waiting room!

They treated us nice let us know what is going all the time and the even run my car through the car wash

Please hold to your time that your customers are scheduled to.Appointment was at 10:00 am for oil change got there at 9:45 am. car got done at 12:45 PM.Oil changes should not take 3 hrs. when there is appointment schedueld.

Mitsubishi has the smallest showroom for the brandNo MPI given, video was just about the recall with no other suggestions , technician spoke a mile a minute and needs to breatheHow are my tires, air filter, cabin filter brakes? Without a MPI or Video I don’t know
