Two years ago I was looking to buy a car. I went to 3 car dealers who ignored me or just didn't care. I saw Valley Imports, went there and was welcomed and bought a car that I love and feel safe in. Thank you.They are always friendly, very helpful and I always leave happy.

I again say it's fast financing process, fast delivery fast satisfaction, I took 7 vehicle from another huge vehicle group but the satisfaction and reliability i felt in here was very positive.It's fast, polite, give time to think and positive, Sales person Josh is an excellent professional and committed to his work.

I have tried to service with you since we bought our vehicle a couple of years ago but everything I call, I am given a two-three week appointment time in the future.I normally lease my car the night before for a first appointment the next day and the time before this, at noon, you still had not gotten my car in.Car down situation, (sitting by my back door blocking entrance to the home and driveway and all info from the receptionist was, sorry, earliest appointment that I can give you is 14 days from now. I asked to talk to a service rep and she transferred me and I had leave a message and the return call came 36 hrs later. I had gone to a Firestone store to correct my issue.Although it is hard to reach a live by phone, (3 days trying to talk to a service advisor), once I did, Noah sprung into action and made me an appointment much earlier than I was being quoted. Upon arrival, I found him to be knowledgeable and most importantly to me, pleasant. I was a new car dealer for 40 yrs and always felt the customer, dealership employeee interaction was much more important than anything else.
