Dealership ordered the wrong parts, and damaged the parts that WERE ordered correctly. To date, no replacements have been provided for parts already paid for months ago.

I was very satisfied with the service. BUT, I cannot understand why a 12V battery would suddenly stop charging automatically—literally overnight—after only about three years. There was no prior warning from the software. I couldn't even open the tailgate, and my dogs were inside the dog crate in the back. And mind you, the car is driven EVERY day. Replacing the battery was a very complicated and expensive process. Furthermore, unlike in the past, the battery could not be jump-started using just two cables.very friendly

No human read my explanation of the problem.which led to misunderstanding.I have had 2 emails and a phone call, plus this survey, asking for my feedback as if I were finished with the car problem. I am not finished, so I suppose I will get more of these when I bring the car back in. It feels like punishment.

Overall, the experience was positive with just a few hiccups. Austin, Lane, and Chuck were great and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I look forward to driving my new car for years to come!Overall, the experience was positive. But both keys for the car I wanted to drive were missing, causing us to wait an hour and ten minutes before they were found. Also, the detailer missed some adhesive (which we thought were scratches) and a small scuff on the hood, along with the adhesive on the back window where the sticker had been, and we had to take the car back. We live nearly an hour away, so that was inconvenient.Some of the cars showed rebates that others didn’t show, which was confusing.

I had an excellent experience with you despite of the fact that my car had just been stolen Valley Nissan was able to help me replace my vehicle immediately I'm still praying to find my Nissan Rogue but my new purchase of the Outlander is satisfying.This is my third purchase from Valley Nissan and the associates are always helpful they are not pushy they are helpful at coming to an agreement on payments and it's always a pleasure to work with Robin
