May of the staff members checked on me and had conversations with me about my car & personal conversation while I waited. They were all very friendly and interested in what i was saying. It was a nice personal touch. As opposed to me sitting there not knowing what was going on like I was invisible like at other places I've been.Great service

The touchscreen did not get fixed, the tailgate recall did, and the airbag sensor was going to be more involved and more time had I got it fixed. Appt check in was 8:30 and I got out of there around 11:45 with only 1 thing resolvedI thought I was going to the Mitsubishi part of the place (which was closed) where I had to go the Nissan part and service after calling them after I got there and allThe things I needed fixed were not due to not in stock and the air bag was a LOT more than quoted to beHe said it would take 9 months for the touchscreen to come in possibly sooner but had to come from Japan since it was not made anymore. The airbag sensor was apparently replaced also but more needed to be done and over $3000 more. While he did quote me a time I had to go into the service area a couple times to ask about things because they weren’t on the quote and was the main reason I went in. He was very nice when returning the car and all. While they were MUCH better than Skyline Thornton, I wish they would have had better knowledge about the touch screen recall and also look deeper into the air bag situation before charging me 200 dollars and not having the issue fully resolved. In my opinion it was a waste of 200 I could have used elsewhere since it was not fully fixed and I was not informed at the first quote it would need to be more intailed. Where they did offer the 200 would offset some of the repair cost, AFTER it was discovered it still is frustrating. They could’ve fixed the air bag issue IF I had the funds to get it fixed, but the touch screen would not and I wait 9 months for the new screen to come inWhen I asked for a recall appt NOTHING was available for the rest of the year so I had to go in and put for a regular service and when I put what I needed done they didn’t apparently check the touchscreen recall till after the quote and I had to inform themI walked into the service area where 3 techs were sitting. I wasn’t sure who to go to so I picked one, one of them was sociable and talking to me (unfortunately not the one I picked) but the one I did did put the info in the system and eventually told me how long and such. I was not informed I could have alternate transportation and I had to initiate conversation to be helped.

I called ahead. Was given info on were to look on website for what was available. The vehicle I chose was ready when I arrived for my appointment. Vakho Jokhadze, my salesmen was ready for me. He showed me all features & answered all my questions. I did my research, so I was aware of all costs, rebates, taxes & add ons. It was painless. I love my new Outlander SEL. It's my 1st brand new car. I traded in a 2019 Outlander SE.

I thought the whole process of buying my car was very smooth and went really well, I love Mitsubishi and I’ve owned 3 different generations of the eclipse and I love the eclipse cross, I am 100% satisfied by how I was treated at the dealership, can’t think of any negatives.Because of the great customer service and knowledge given by the salesman. Also made me feel good with the friendliness of the salesman’s.

The wait time on the warranty product was extremely long. I did contact Mitsubishi customer service and was told that is should not take the 36-40 months I was quoted. She started less that that.

Need more seating. The parking by the service department is always full of cars. No space available for service customers.Told me the battery wasnt holding a charge. Didn’t have mine in stock. It’s a Mitsubishi dealership supposedly. No batteries??In 4 hours never kept me updated. We had to find it in the lot.Even though my car is a 2019 I take pride in keeping it in tip top condition. I don’t feel this dealership cares and they are the only Mitsubishi service in northern Colorado. I wish I’d known that before I bought it!One of the items serviced was supposedly corrected on my last appointment. I had to bring this to Doug’s attention when I was being charged again!!
