The waiting area is not as nice as other service facilities that I have visited. Since I was there most of the day I found a table near the showroom floor that was near an electical outlet so that I could plug in my laptop and it worked well but I didn't know if that was OK to be there.I will definitely try to take my vehicle back for service there because of the techinical knowledge of the staff there.Andy was extremely helpful and they were able to find things that needed to be taken care of that were still under waranty.

even without replication, some of these issues should be addressable"Seat massage turns on randomly""Steering sometimes turns on locked""carplay sometimes fails to connect to phone"Last service call I had dire seeming warning lights and messages. It was Friday and the soonest I could get seen was Monday. I had to spend the entire weekend (which are shopping days) afraid to drive my car

When trying to use the online booking system, It just showed me one week at a time, with no available times. There was no (obvious) option to look at a month, or did it automatically go to the next available date. I ended up abandoning the online system and had to make the appointment via telephone, which is inconvenient. If you are going to offer an online booking system, it should make the process easier, not harder.

Great experienceYou guys did great. I felt like at home, keep it feeling like home for everyone for future. You guys did great, friendly. Social. And giving. You guys had snacks an tea , water and soda plus I got a Mitsubishi hat.It was great I learned about hubris cars there. From Russell.

More amenities and comfortable seating would be nice. Since it’s the only Mitsubishi dealership in a large area they need to offer shuttle service or loaner cars if the service will take more than 4 hours.Good service. I wait because I come from out of town and they usually get my car done quickly. The waiting room could be a little more comfortable.

Javier was great and made the process really easy and smooth. I had my infant daughter with me and he was very accommodating and patient. I also got a really nice a car and I am very happy with it!All the people were super nice, chase, Javier, justin, and Blake I all had interactions with and we're very nice and helpful. Javier ended up being my sales guy and he was awesome!
