Nothing. The storage units are nice and everyone is as nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking.We no longer needed it.

My stay with Valley Ranch Self Storage was great, I’m simply moving out because I was finally able to get my own space. If I ever need a storage unit in the future, Valley Ranch Self Storage is where I’ll end up again. I would also like to take a minute and thank both Arlene and Anthony. They were nothing but helpful when I called and had a huge part in making my decision in both using this storage unit and coming back when/if it’s needed. Thank you again!I was able to get my own place and no longer needed the storage unit

No longer needed a storage unit

I was originally off put from my move in day.The front desk attendant is very…strict on some rules. Cash for reservation is suspicious, she knew I was at the facility, knew it would be a little bit to unload. Told me before I left I had to return by 5 otherwise I wouldn’t get deposit back, and I was back on premises before 5. Then she tried to say the truck had to be “parked and unloaded before 5”The cost is also a factor, and the sloped road outside the storage unit, several things were damaged beyond count from the cart rolling towards the fence and then falling off. It’s the closest unit to my house but I don’t see much value with this place.Cost

Y!all did greatly. The ladies at the front were excellant. No problems.Move to Marshall, Arkansas.

Everything was great with the unit and customer service. I moved out for personal reasons. I would and will recommend this storage facility to my friends and family.Personal reasons
