We had a unit 2nd floor beyond 2nd set of elevators. Many times that 2nd bank of elevators was not working and if we had to haul anything in or out we had to walk it to the far set (1st bank) of elevators. Additionally, I never could get my online payment to work, something got input wrong when it was set up and I gave up getting it corrected after several attempts, I just paid by phone.We lost half our income and could not afford to keep unit any longer.

Nothing the storage personnel was very professional and understandingCouldn’t afford the monthly bill personal resons

Would like a refund for motion detector for last 4-5 months. I was total is was a 30 free trial when I wanted it removed I was total that it was not an option and it was mandatory.If it was mandatory I should have been told and prices of storage should all be rolled up in 1 priced not add multiple fees.I left a Google Review you are welcome to see it, location is great place is clean but communication is poor and management is aggressive on updates to the point of deceptive,

Nothing, as everything was good and pleasant experience. Excellent customer service and the facility is in prime shape. If I need an storage in the future I'll consider use this one again.I was moving and in between houses i needed an storage.
