My experience at this facility was excellent!! Staff was very proactive, contacted me to answer any questions before I could call them. All interactions with staff were very professional and courteous!! My new go-to for storage if I need again. Great job/company!!Moving into a stand alone house.

Everything was perfectTo put in our newly purchased home

Nothing. Won’t pay for something I don’t needNeeded storage facility close to home with good rates. Moved into new house and no longer needed storage unit.

Nothing all was satisfactoryMoved to temple texas

Nothing at all; this was the most pleasant storage experience I've ever encountered. Your staff is warm and welcoming. Thank you for your kindness! We moved to New Mexico

You need to calibrate your elevator to a longer pause for entrance and exit like a freight elevator.Security is not at its best you have constant break down of elevators, and gates. I have witness gates being left open over night.Bigger Rental Space same location

Your personal was excellent and they made you feel welcome. If I hear of anyone looking for storage I will recommend Valley RanchI had space in my 🏠 to store what I had in my unit and I need the money I was spending on my unit
