Big price increase, don't know if I'll use them again ?

Good over-all. Woman in front office was kind and helpful. Only one thing negative: pull ropes are very dirty and should be replaced.

We had items at Valley storage in one of their temperature controlled storage units for two years. Everything is clean and well managed and none of our items were damaged in anyway. We had easy access to the storage unit when we needed to get in and out. I would highly recommend Valley storage as a good place to store your items.
