Nicest people in the world!

Setup of storage was excellent and accomplished by someone who knows her job well. This comes at a time when many large companies are lacking in this area.

Barbara is very professional and very personal at the same time. Two qualities that are rarely found together in today's world. She did a great job of explaining the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. I tried, but could not come up with any questions as she answered them all before I had to ask. Barbara should teach classes in customer service. Barbara gave me the feeling that I am renting from a friend or neighbor. I REALLY like that. The facility appears to be clean and secure which gives me peace of mind when storing my valuables with Valley Storage.

I rented a 5x10 unit and was pleased with the service Barbara rendered and the speed with which I was able to get my items into the unit and to exit the facility. It was safe and secure.
