Very efficient customer service from Barbara. Very pleasant, clean storage areas. Fair prices.

Ms. Barbara is very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of Valley Storage Leasing. She is a wonderfully, pleasant woman to speak to and is easy to understand. I have cognitive and intellectual disabilities and she spoke to me in a way that I totally understand her as she understood me as well. I really appreciate and am fond of her qualities and ease at which she put me in, during this chaotic and stressful situation of moving. I will be recommending Ms. Barbara and Valley Storage to all my family and friends. And I will be posting on social media that Valley Storage is the one and done only place you need to call for anyone looking for Storage Units in the entire County!!!! Signing up was easy and they were very nice. They made me feel welcomed. When I left they were super understanding and I was kind of sad to take my stuff out.

Barbara, who is the manager of dillsburg valley storage, is very accommodating and kind. She makes sure everything is clean and In working order and will bend over backwards to do what she can to help her customers. My only complaint and reason for downsizing is the continuous rent raises. As rent continues to go up i will eventually have to just get rid of my things as it is becoming unaffordable. This is not the manager’s fault. It appears to be a company wide problem of which Barbara is unable to do anything about. I would recommend Barbara as a manager, but am not happy with the company as a whole, who appear to not care about their customers.

Barbara is an amazing asset to the Valley Storage company. She is pretty amazing, and really cares about customer service! She clearly keeps the facility well maintained, and everything is immaculately kept. This is a wonderful company, that really cares about its employees, its communities, and its customers 100%!

Barbara will bend over backwards to help any way she can. I will always recommend her storages-and have. My only complaint is the way-too-often rent increases. This is NOT in Barbara’s control and is forcing me to downsize and eventually get rid of my storage. I know costs of living go up but this is making my storage unaffordable
