Great customer service

So far our experience has been great. Renting a unit has been easy and quick.

Some of the fairest pricing around, although it wasn’t really explained about the extra fee for insurance and that you could waive it only if you have an insurance policy that provides coverage for your personal effects in storage. I felt like this should’ve been explained either on the website a little bit better or during the process. It was only when we saw the charges so we realized there was an extra fee, but it was easy to provide a copy of the insurance policy, they refunded it and took it off for the remainder of the month soI think it was more of just an oversight.

Very clean and easy to set up a storage facility

We had a motorhome stored there for just over 2 years, always easy to get in and out whenever we needed. Safety was a big concern for us and it is for valley storage also, they have cameras and we never had an issue.The staff was always helpful and willing to assist if asked. All in all, if we ever need storage again, we will be choosing Valley Storage!
