Taylor is awesome. Always very polite, friendly, and helpful. There are other storage options, but we stay with Valley Storage because of the great service she provides. We have multiple units and just vacated one (we had 3). It’s expensive. If it was less costly we might’ve kept the outdoor unit. If the price increases, we also plant to consider vacating the last remaining unit we have.

The process is quite easy and the assistance of Taylor was exceptional.

A little tricky to navigate the online reservation and units seemed very pricey however there are discounts. Visiting in person was a lot smoother and associate was very helpful.

Everyone we’ve worked with at the Lexington Store, up by the drive-in have been great. Taylor especially goes out of her way and is very friendly.

As a returning customer, it was so easy to rent out a storage unit again.
