My experience with Valley Storage was excellence above-and-beyond. Bethany especially was very responsive, polite, personable and helpful. Another employee (unfortunately, I do not recall her name) called me while we were moving in because I had not yet put on the lock; this showed that your staff diligently look out for the customers and check over the property. I will definitely call on Valley Storage again in the likelihood that I will need to rent a unit again.
