Very friendly and efficient agents. They acted as though they already knew me. Would have given a 10. Only one discrepancy, l was expecting a free month, but that deal wasn't available.

We have had no issues with the security, the cleanliness, or the customer service during our unit rental at Valley Storage. We were pleasantly surprised to find absolutely no signs of insects or rodents in our boxes, totes and furniture when we moved out.

Great staff, very secure, very accessible. BUT Paid up 9 days beyond move out. No refund. New renter charged day I moved out! So unit has been paid for 9 days twice! Not right!

Bethany was so professional, polite, kind and helpful in seeing me through the process of obtaining our unit. I also very much appreciate the security monitoring at Valley Storage. During our trips there to unload over several hours, we did not lock the unit and Christy was right on it. She gave me a call to be sure we did not forget to secure the door. The facility is clean, neat, well lit at night, and altogether squared away. I am glad to be using Valley Storage for our storage needs.
