Bethany Coffey at Lexington's Valley Storage facility has been super friendly, service-oriented, and beyond helpful as we begin our move from Georgia to Virginia! We spoke on the phone repeatedly over several months as my husband and I hoped to get the storage unit size that we required (the facility was full and move-outs were delayed due to weather and COVID concerns). Bethany kept us informed, which was tremendously appreciated. Based upon an opening that popped up, we were able to take possession of the unit this month (perfect timing!) Bethany is super!
