Sign-up for the unit was easy and the office manager was great. The actual unit was ok. The light did not work in there, and when we went to take our stuff out there was water in on our containers. My guess is the water had previously damaged the light. Thankfully, there was no damage to our possessions as they were in plastic storage tubs. Move out was easy and everyone there was really nice. We liked that it had a coded gate.
