Easy to find. Clean units.

Stored an RV for over a year. Never had any security issues or invasion by rodents. Lot was always clean. Behind the desk folks always friendly and helpful. The storage rent became pricey so we were looking for other options until we sold the RV. I recommend except the price went up to $130 a month from $80.

The entire staff in Lexington was knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, and friendly from the start of the process to the actual purchase of the storage unit. We had asked about availability in early Fall when we had expressed interest and a need for storage in December. They followed up with us in early December and followed through to the actual purchase point. An easy, turn key experience.

The staff were very helpful answering all questions. Customer service easy to contact after hours and very nice and helpful as well. Unit was able to fix everything I owned and remained secure.

Signed up online and all went smoothly. Received the gate code and unit number quickly and was able to utilize the unit ASAP. Navigating the compound was easy.

Questions answered regarding rates and storage facilities location. Provided the opportunity to see the different size storage areas available.

Lexington Valley Storage is the best!!
