Office staff is VERY helpful. Makes rules clear. Problem solves immediately when there’s a problem with the invoicing. Downside: You need a few more storage units. We got “the last one available” of the largest unit. And, just rented “the last one” of the 5 x 10–needed until we send items to auction. Wouldn’t want to go elsewhere if we needed a 3rd temporarily.

Taylor is very polite and helpful, that’s hard to find these days. She has helped me with any questions I might have and never made me feel like I was a bother. I would highly recommend valley storage and I wish there were more people like her serving the public
