Very easy to get and able to access when needed

It was great and we still have another unit there.

Don was great. The lady I spoke to on the phone the night before was so helpful in getting a storage locker reserved. Move in was super smooth.

Close to home, so very convenient to access my belongings. Surroundings always clean. Gated, so very secure. Gates always in working condition.

I had used a 5 by 15 unit to store items when moving to Ohio. I couldn't have found a better facility and was very pleased with Valley... secure and easy in and out when I needed access.

I had to store all my parents' furniture for a couple years (a lot of sentimental antiques)I am embarrassed to say, I was a couple days late on my payment a couple times and Valley storage was quite patient with minimal,gentle reminders.When dealing with the staff,I was always treated like "real people"and with respect.I have already recommended them to my friend who is moving here from out of state. Thanks for a great experience with a delicate time of my life!

Impressed by the security compared to old place, need to prove homeowners insurance, no need for "cash only" at sign-in, and ability to autopay. Just hope when I bring in declaration page from homeowners insurance later today the charge for your insurance gets credited to account promptly and is also taken off autopay, too.
