Very easy and straight forward, clean unit

I would not rent anywhere else! Valley storage is by far the best storage facility I have ever rented from. The employees are absolutely the best. They are knowledgeable, kind, understanding, friendly, and are just simply real people who care. I was going through a very difficult move, and valley storage was there for me when I needed a place to quickly store my belongings. Their kind hearted employees took away so much stress from my mind with getting me set up with great storage units that don't leak, and that are super clean. It is a pleasure to rent from the North Ridgeville family of employees. I will continue to recommend them to anyone, and everyone who I meet that may need a safe place to store their property. Could not be happier with Valley Storage! Thank you.

Always friendly and helpful staff, never had any issues. Some years ago the spring broke on the door and the staff was very accommodating on my schedule for the repair

Great experience booking online, however I was automatically sent a 10-digit gate code that didn't work. It took me about 45 minutes on hold and with support to get a 5-digit code that worked.

Excellent service by attendant that day no issues or worries
