The local storage location on Center Ridge Rd. in North Ridgeville provides excellent service! However, the experience when calling and getting the call center was not in any way satisfactory!!

Everything went well, the 24 hour access helped greatly. Units were clean and dry, only downside which is more nature related was some of my belongings had sizable spiders nesting on them. There is not much to control that but we had to clean alot off before transporting. But regardless pleased with everything. Paul English
