Although I did run into a bit of a malfunction on the website, the online support was good. When I subsequently visited the facility to rent the unit, the gentleman was very helpful.

I was really pressed to find a storage unit. Found Valley Storage online, filed out paperwork and was able to start filing it up an hour later. Just Awesome.
