Maintenance team should be required to provide pictures of the work done if no one was at home, same if there was a time of them checking in to the apartment and the time leaving when job is completed. Along with a training of customer service because the guy it’s doing these jobs lately treat us like crap and making us responsible for the maintenance problems.

Important things that people need like heat/a/c is never working. It’s 95 degrees in my apartment right now and nobody is figuring out the problem. Same thing with my heat. In the winter it was 49 degrees in my apartment. I have a school aged child. Those things should be top priority..

I definitely want to say thank you so much for taking care of my request, I really appreciate it starting with the office manager and the maintenance team great job.
