Maintenance team should be required to provide pictures of the work done if no one was at home, same if there was a time of them checking in to the apartment and the time leaving when job is completed. Along with a training of customer service because the guy it’s doing these jobs lately treat us like crap and making us responsible for the maintenance problems.

Important things that people need like heat/a/c is never working. It’s 95 degrees in my apartment right now and nobody is figuring out the problem. Same thing with my heat. In the winter it was 49 degrees in my apartment. I have a school aged child. Those things should be top priority..

We have had water in our home for 10 days.

The best service me & my wife ever had . Ms Nora sure did her thing and made us feel at home. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us find this apartment.

We are very happy and satisfied with the great work that Nora (leasing person) has provided us with. She gave us all information and answer all the questions we could have. We want to thank for all and we recommend this place.
