Don't say service request was completed when nothing was done. ( the reason may be because the office has lost the master key of my apartment and now are threathening to charge me a fee of $150 for their negligence instead of offering to change the lock) they don't know where that key is, and I don't know where that key is. Safety of your residents should be the main concern.
