overall great, staff was nice. mom is adjusting well, home health did their job.

i been to several nursing facilities, and vasona was the best one so far.

Very good there! They are very nice. I miss them, all the nurses. I'm doing fine because all the therapists. I hope to continue to get better.

I'm doing well at home. I got my therapy at home and will probably not be using a FWW in 2 weeks! I appreciate all the help I got there. I was happy to be in room that I was in, it was spacious. I really enjoyed all the therapy there. The only thing I didn't care for was the food.

She's doing ok at home. She's liking her new leg (prosthetic) and is adjusting well. She came out of there way better than how she came in. She really liked the therapy and care there.

Dad's doing well at home. Mom's at ALF and is doing ok there. We really appreciate everything you guys did there. The nurses there for the most part was pretty good there. You've all been great! The only thing I would recommend was more private rooms for people like my mom.

Things you can improve on: food. I was able to fill out an alternate menu but it wasn't that much better. I didn't like my roommate very much but it that bad. Therapy dept is very encouragement and are funny. Funny in the sense that make you forget the pain with laughter. They gave me something to look forward to and made me feel like I belonged. My experience there was short, 3 1/2 weeks, but was very nice. People were very supportive.

She got medicine and equipment at home. Everything's been great. I thought it was great there! My wife never complained about anything. I do not have any concerns about her stay there. I'm glad she went there!

Care there is good. Everybody was good! I was very impressed; I have no problems with you (there).

Everything is very well. Day but day, I get better and better. Thank you for all your help.
