I don’t give excellent scores very often . I worked in the medical field my whole life and I was taught there was always room for improvement. However, I am extremely impressed with your maintenance team. I can’t believe how efficient they are to respond to my work orders. On my recent work order my two kitchen sinks in the kitchen were clogged. Unfortunately, I don’t know the person‘s name that was here yesterday however he did an awesome job, very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. I rate his customer service a five in all areas. Totally amazing. I even scored his clean up 100%. I went in the kitchen after he left expecting to have to clean up a little bit and I didn’t have to do anything. He even vacuumed up the floor really well around the same area. I just can’t say enough about my visit yesterday.
