I made a phone call and the AI assistant said “this is an emergency (my AC being broken.” Then no one responded even though it said it would route to an operator. Then I get a text saying that it would be better handled during business hours. I called again, same thing. Then, late at night, someone knocks on my door without calling. While he did a great job and I don’t blame him, you guys need to really call or notify people before this happens! What if only one person was home and in the shower and can’t come right away? Why did I get a message that it would be handled during business hours and then someone comes over? Why didn’t a person actually answer me? I would’ve given 5 stars if not for the communication problem.
