I had water heater problems. It took a little while to resolve the issue, but at no time was the problem Sergio's work! He is excellent at what he does! Thank you, the whole operation in Santa Fe is exceptional. It's appreciated. Debbie Adams #629 (with a new water heater)!

Although I was unhappy that it took a month to get the new bathroom faucet, the maintenance person did a great job. The timeline concerning receiving the parts were out of his control. Once received, he promptly took care of the issue. He also replaced the broken garbage disposal and replaced the drippy kitchen faucet. All work great.

The maintenance man was polite and knew how to fix the problem.

He was polite and worked on issue. He asked me to call 3 days later to report water issue. It didn't seem to resolve, I called Teresa today. She said she'd apprise Maintenance today.

I was pleased that the management responded quickly to my request. I am still wary that the cause of the persistent leakage hasn't yet been identified and corrected. I suspect that the roof over my living room may require repair or resurfacing and/or the canales over my livijng room window may need repair or replacing.

Sergio was friendly, professional, efficient, and he answered all my questions. Thank you It would be helpful if he were here full-time.
