I can’t remember the lady’s name, apologies, but she was very friendly and easy to talk to. However, she only showed the model apartment and was reluctant to show one actual unit and common areas.

Elevators always down, security is major issue, mail stolen several times as well packages room broken into at least 2-3 times.
