The main gripe I have is the elevators. Having them out of service for months in a place like this is very unacceptable, especially considering the rent prices. Having that and no sense of compensation makes me wary of recommending this place honestly. Also the trash situation - vallet trash is ridiculous and leads to trash build up in other locations, which ends up being gross.

I love the apartment layout. I wish there was a system to open more building door from my phone. Currently, only one door supports that

The touring experience was great. Karen was very kind and helpful who gave us all details and information that was helpful to us for our search.

The smell is terrible. Terrible insolation with upper floors, you can hear every stomp. Cleanness of the facilities is non-existent, there was a rotten dead rat in the external hallway for months. The elevators broken for several months is inexcusable.

Kindly allow me to cancel my lease due to the inconvenience caused by the faulty elevators. I have a family history of heart and lung diseases and would like to stay in an apartment where I can easily access my car in case of medical emergency.

Elevators haven’t been working for last 2 months and the office staff responds vaguely when asked about it saying there isn’t anything they can do.

Elevators are constantly non functional causing extreme inconvenience.Please be mindful about the fact that not everyone can go around the building to find a working one to go up or down
